Food and staff were excellent. Everything explained well for first time visitors. I enjoyed the sushi combo for lunch. The spicy mayo is absolutely fantastic. Highly recommended.

I have eaten here at least a dozen times, almost always for lunch. We thought it would be a nice place to grab dinner. Wow…either I never noticed how messy this place is, or it has taken an unfortunate tumble. The food is good and the staff are great, but on this last visit, the soda machine was down, and they couldn’t even provide a cup of water (is that a strategy to sell overpriced bottled water?). The hallway floor to the restrooms was covered in water, and the condiments section was trashy (literally). When the food came, there were no utensils, and when we asked about it, we were told to get them ourselves. I’m ok with self-serve, but that made me regret leaving a tip on an already-pricy meal. I hope this was a one-off event.

Went here for lunch. Really like that you can get tofu as a protein with most dishes. They serve the food as it's ready but that meant some of us got our food while others had to keep waiting. I got mine last. Ordered the tofu katsu with udon and Japanese curry. Wasn't as flavorful as I was expecting and was a bit underseasoned. Veggies were delicious though. I was told the boba teas were very good as well. Good for a quick service place. Would definitely go back.
