Chipotle Mexican Grill

Very dissapointed, 12:45 pm 10/14/22. I went on my lunch since i work in the area. First they said only accepting cash and online orders. So i went to tader joes to get cash back. Went back to this chipotle and was told only online orders. It was very inconvienient. I like my food right away as always. Also i never get the rice because its always hard. Can someone clarify if the kids meals come with chips and guac or queso? I always get charged disffrent and get the same meal.

Ordered takeouts from this place. The steak cubes were sadly burned to an extent that it became inedible. The rice had too much water and became mushy. Had to throw out the bitter/tough beef as I don’t think it is good for my health. Pretty disappointed and hope they could have better quality control.

Ordered a veggie bowl and got a piece of chicken on top of it. Threw away $8. Also about 20% of the time you go here they will be missing a hot sauce Update 7/9/22: If I could give them another one star rating I would, but I can not unfortunately. Came here 3 days in a row and they were out of items that I get in my order, whether it is noon, 5pm, or 9pm. I understand if they run out of something close to closing, but that was not the only case.
