Update: Happy hour is worth it. Been here several times, the pizza is definitely the best. Gelato is great as well.
We walked in just to grab a dessert. The second we walked in, the staff was pushy and kept trying to seat us when all we wanted to do was order a Gelato to go from the counter, but we finally caved and sat down. The restaurant was relatively empty. We ordered a "Nutella hazelnut" chocolate cake and gelato. The cake tasted nothing like how it looked or was described, and it had odd textures that made it seem old and overly crumbly. We took one bite and left it. The Gelato was icy and hard, as if the refrigeration case had the temperature too low, and lacked the flavor you would expect from traditional Italian gelato. But worse, there was a long hair in the Gelato about three bites in between scoops. We told our server, the same pushy one who kept insisting we dine in, and rather than be apologetic, she was cold and rude to us. Needless to say, we were over it by this point.
