Tried doing a pick up order for 5:20 PM on a Friday via the Chipotle app only to show up and the store is closed. A note on the door stating they were closing at 3PM. I was not the only customer who showed up either. Wish the app or website would have noted this so it wasn’t a waste of time or money.
I ordered a new garlic guajillo bowl with cheese sour cream gauc and hot salsa…..all I got was rice and the steak. Disappointed and angry doesn’t come close. I hadn’t had chipotle in months and half of it was missing.
One of the worst Chipotle I have been to. Everytime you go expect to stand in line for 45 minutes only to get up there for them to tell you that they are out of everything. They seem to close whenever they want, and genuinely show no interest in actually doing their jobs. I recommend driving the extra distance to another location if you are in the mood for Chipotle.
