This is the slowest Chick-fil-A I have ever been to I was third in line for the drive-through. I sat there for at least 20 minutes before they took my order. There is one person taking everyone’s order for two drive-through windows. By the time I got my food it was like 30 minutes later. This isn’t the first time that I waited forever for this Chick-fil-A. I was here this past week and I waited at least 30 to 45 minutes to get my food in the drive-through.
Why is this location literally THE longest wait of any other place on the west side?? Or any other chick Fil a in the city?! Took 20 minutes just to reach the speaker to order. And it’s ALWAYS like this. Store FULL of employees still 20 minutes to place an order
Our family experience was very unfortunate - never have we experienced a Chick-fil- A that was poorly managed. The atmosphere was filthy (overflow of garbage, condiments on the floor, water leakage throughout the restaurant). The service was nonetheless that which Chick-fil-A is founded on. Staff members were cursing in the front, money was being counted in the front, workers appeared busy but nothing was getting done, lines were all backed up as a result of poor management ( there was adequate staffing) .... needs a visit by corporate.
