I'm generally a pretty understanding person, but I think this is the worst Chipotle location that I've visited in any city. Ingredients (especially rice) are generally undercooked and mobile orders are never ready on time. The last time I placed a mobile order I arrived at 9pm (an hour before close) and they told me they were out of rice for the day and wouldn't be making more. They also were unable to refund my order "because it was placed through the app". I love chipotle but this location has really discouraged me from ordering.
