Chipotle Mexican Grill

Worst location there is. Staff is rude and just talk stuff under their mask and start laughing. My boyfriend asked for a double wrapped burrito and they didn’t even wrap it. When we brought home it looked more like a taco then a burrito.

Apparently because they have customers waiting 30 mins gives them the right to yell at other customers because that’s exactly what Jose did to me. I walked in and simply went to counter when I was rudely told “you have to wait because this online order has been waiting for 30 mins” as I continue to stand there confused on what to do, Mr.Jose takes it upon himself again to tell me to wait again. I tell him I am waiting- he then tells me to take a seat! 1. Let me point out that I’m not a child and shouldn’t be spoken to that way. Secondly If you don’t like working with the public, why do you continue to work with the public?! You running behind has nothing to do with me. It’s always a way to say things and how and what he said was not the correct way. Very rude! The reviews on this location are correct- this is probably one of the worse chipotles in the city but clearly the management team does not care because nothing has changed, so I’m sure that’s why the employee don’t care how the
