Been coming to this bk since I was 12 years old. It brings back good memories whenever I get a late night whopper. Btw the staff is really nice and polite. Thanks for serving me for 12 years and the many more to come. P.S they were short staffed tonight and still apologize and thanked us for being patient
Had an app order. Part of the order was a 7 dollar make your own meal. Had to ask for chicken fries before i left. Ants (pictured) swarming the soft drink section. Went home to eat the order. Bacon double cheese burger not only didnt habe bacon but had HAIR in it.Called store to complain only to have the phone ring with no answer. Had to call corporate to vent my digust. Never coming back.
The staff takes a really long time to take orders . As you walk in your presence is ignored. I have stood at the counter waiting 5 min to have my order taken. There are enough staff on duty. Then another 5 min to have my order given to me. This has happened on different times on different days. Not the first time.
