Chipotle Mexican Grill

The workers were nice, and the restaurant looked clean. I ordered online, but the system didn't deliver my ticket to them, so it took a long time to get my food (longer than just waiting in line), and I was quickly reminded that Chipotle is mediocre because they only use 3 seasonings: adobo, cilantro, and a million pounds of salt. Everything tastes the same regardless of what you get. Don't go here, go to an actual Mexican restaurant.

The customer service is lacking. The young people working there definitely needs some training. There is no preset measurements for the food. The last few times I went the server was so stingy with the ingredients. On the last visit The filling in my tacos were so skimpy that I didn’t buy them. Then I’ve seen customers ahead of me get a very large heaping, an excessive amount of ingredients on whatever they ordered. I guess it depends on how you look, gender, etc. Who knows? Wont be returning.

I want to start off by saying Cheyenne is a great employee as well as everyone else except Ms. Summer. I am not sure what I have done to her but every time I see her there is an issue. Mind you I work in this area therefore I come here pretty much everyday. Sometimes I come 2x today. With that being said, I have only seen Summer 2x and every time she apparently doesn’t know what she is doing. Not to mention she has a nasty mouth and bad attitude. When I asked her what’s her name today she rudely said, “Summer! And there is my GM!”. That was very unprofessional! She seems like one of the oldest people working there but yet I get better service from the younger crew members. Nevertheless if your ready for rude service at chipotle then Summer is your girl. Btw from one Grown African American Woman to another I really expected more. At least the younger crew know what they are doing and they know how to talk to people. I’m a happy tipper but Summer would never get a penny from me!
