Chipotle Mexican Grill

If I could zero stars I WOULD. I’ve been going to this chipotle faithfully about 3-4x a week, don’t judge me. I used to really enjoy this location due to a few workers that have been there’s for years and always give great customer service. Sometimes I have a few issues but easily FIXED. However tonight was my LAST straw with this location as a whole. There has been MULTIPLE times where I’ve went to get food one hour or two before closing and they stopped cooking their food. They will say “ oh this is being saved for online “ and I’ll settle for something else. This night they wanted me to eat brown rice because they’re saving the white rice for online and I said I don’t eat brown rice can I just order some now. He then told me “ no “ I said “ so if I don’t want the brown rice I just can’t get any rice “ and he said yes basically. So I left, I feel so undervalued as a loyal customer. I also feel that it wouldn’t had made a difference if I stood there and ordered my food online or if he

My friend and I stopped in, chicken looked real dry and burnt. The rice and other toppings looked old that they were sitting for a while. Not appetizing at all. We walked out and went else where. Don't recommend.

Reposting as previous review was removed. One star seems to be an overstatement at this point. Personally, I would rate them ZERO stars, if that was an option, of course. Never in my life have I, to this extent, been mistreated and disrespected as a customer before. For the past few years, I have been a regular at this location and have never encountered any issues until recently. There’s this employee who is really DISRESPECTFUL and has a horrible attitude. Don’t know what her name is, but another employee said they couldn’t provide me with that info, given the fact that she’s still a minor. She’s light skinned, has curly hair, and was serving the rice, beans and meat today (06/22/2022) around 6:40 p.m. I keep an account of all the rude instances I’ve encountered with her, and below are just a few.
