China1 at Big Bend & 141? More like China Zero. It was TERRIBLE. We took advice from others on social media and ordered China1 Saturday, March 5, 2022. It was, by far, the worst Chinese food we've ever had. My son ordered Chicken Fried Rice and he said that it didn't taste right. I inspected it closely and found that the chicken was so undercooked, it was still pink inside. My wife ordered Sweet and Sour Shrimp and it was also undercooked. The breading was so raw inside it was like dough. We all threw our food out. $40 wasted. We're going to stick with Thai food from Asian Corner. The food is always fresh and delicious.
Ordered 2 combos for dinner. Chicken with cashews and General Tsaos chicken medium spicy. Both orders had tough chicken. No cashews in the cashew chicken. Never order from here.
The tofu had gone bad and the manager not only refused to replace it or refund it but wouldn't admit that i might know what rotten tofu tastes like. He just kept arguing until i finally hung up. Ive been getting the tofu from there for years, but I'm done now.
