Chili's Grill & Bar

The food was alright! They were understaffed so I completely understand the slow service. Everything came out correctly but when we sat for about 20 minutes after we finished eating without the check being presented to us and a machine with no bill on it, I asked the manager that was beside me if we could get the check. He looked frustrated and I’m sure he was having a rough day, being they were understaffed. He replied and said he would get to me as soon as possible. I then sat down at my table, right beside him and mentioned to my family that he seemed disgruntled. He then took the time to come back over to us and very rudely mention again that they were going to get to us as soon as possible. I looked at him and said “You’re good bro!” He then looked at me and in a very disrespectful and accusatory tone asked “Excuse me? What did you say?” I then looked puzzled and repeated myself. “You’re good bro.” I’m sure that the manager reads these. Just know, that isn’t an appropriate way to

Today was the second time I’ve had a bad experience with take out at Chilis. I ordered a Cajun chicken pasta and molten chocolate cake and told it would take 45 minutes. After about 30 minutes, I came back just to check in and they said my order might actually be ready. My food was around the corner and they gave it to me immediately. I had a 5 minute drive home and took out the food immediately. The food was already very cold and soggy like it had been sitting in the back for a long time and the icecream was completely melted which couldn’t have happened in a 5 minute drive. This is the second time my food has sat and either melted or got cold without them actually texting me that my order was ready. I’ve had great experiences with take out at the Mall of Ga but this was another bad experience at this location.

I have given this Chili's chance after chance and based on tonight, the chances are over! I love Chili's but this location is absolutely horrible and as much as I'd hate to see another shuttered restaurant along Scenic Highway sit vacant for months, this place needs to shut down. For months, this location has had dirty tables, bad attitudes, subpar service, and incomplete orders. I have given the survey feedback to no avail. Tonight, I was on the phone with my SIL and she ordered Chili's so I figured I would as well. I sent my boyfriend to pick it up. When he got back, I made my first fajita out of my steak fajita meal. I noticed that first one was lukewarm so I decided to go heat them up in the microwave for 45 seconds. Upon checking the temp after removal I noticed the meat was practically raw in the middle. Now I'm freaking out about the one I ate already because I have a very sensitive stomach, particularly for old phone and undercooked food, so I reheated for an additional 3 minut
