Chili's Grill & Bar

Our server Chelle was a superstar today, look ???? like she was working 4 other tables ➕the bar????Food came out great. Salsa w/chips also Honey Chipotle Crispers w/loaded Mash Potatoes and of course my Arnold Palmer ????

Millennials are quitting Chili's!! I can't understand why! It's not like the last 3 months of reviews have been an average of 1.2 stars, could it? That can't be it, because then management would have definitely done something to overhaul food quality or customer service in that time but they obviously don't need too. They strive for perfection! Really they should strive for edibility and decency! And maybe stop stealing everyone's hard earned money. I hope they message me that they are sorry that I feel this way, like they did to patrons at least 3 years ago when it wasnt this bad.

Apparently understaffed (as are many these days). Long wait times with empty seats. Not enough servers/cooks/etc. Like the food. Good value. Generous portions. Had to go elsewhere a couple times when told of 3/4 hour and longer waits to be seated. … More
