We went here for a birthday, and thisbwas our first time. We had a quiet backroom with just a few other occupied tables, reservations were not difficult to get, we had a excellent waitress, very knowledgeable. They had a great cigar selection, wine selection was incredible! I love high end food recipes from chefs, and we had the oysters, salads, and the Tomahawk between me and my wife, and for desert fresh pecan pie and cheesecake. Our food was mouth watering! There was nothing I would have wanted differently! We will definitely have to return as it was so romantic, beautiful, and a truly remarkable experience!
I was looking for a nice place to eat while we were in town, and I discovered that this place was booked for all holidays until January 2024. Luckily, we were able to get reservations late Sunday night before we left. Between the service, the quantity and quality of the food, and the very relaxed atmosphere, we really had an excellent experience. If you get a chance to eat here, you definitely should. You'll be glad you did.
Angus Barn is a Raleigh staple that lives up to its title. The atmosphere is so unique, the staff are all friendly and welcoming, and the food is top notch. For the amount of food received, it’s well worth the price listed. Also recommend some cocktails to start your night off right. We will definitely be returning as we didn’t even get a chance to enjoy a dessert!
