Had a meeting there around opening time, I ordered the Ceasar Salad with the salmon. The salmon was a good portion, crispy on the outside, thoughtfully seasoned and while not flakey on the inside, it wasn't over cooked to the point or rejection. Unfortunately the salad was abysmal. Greens not fresh, and the croutons were inedibly stale. You know when you expect a crunch and it just folds under the weight of your bite without the expected resistance? Bleh. This means management doesn't stay on top of staff as staff didn't check ingredients for freshness. If this was out of a bag, it takes sitting in a container for 5-10 days for it to become this bad or if these were kitchen made, they certainly weren't made recently and weren't checked for quality before going out to customers. So no one is tasting the food. Shame on lazy practices. If you can't even do a salad right, it generally means it's just fry cooks and hourly wages without any pride or passion for the craft. Buyer beware.
Get the three in one special. 13$ got me a drink, salad and a carne asada. Meat was a tad tough but still tasty. Blackberry tea tasted a little strange, it's tasted soapy. And of course their monthly Rita is always a hoot Food : 4/5 | Service : 4/5 | Atmosphere : 4/5 … More
The food is always good and they cook it to how we want it. But the thing my family and I like the most are the bartenders. Aaron and the others. All of them recognize us and once we began saying our order they remember exactly what we usually order. Chilli’s has always done a good job making sure their employees remember regular customers, this chilli’s is no different. This is one of the best chilli’s in the area
