Great food & undeniable excellent customer service by the representative I had the pleasure of interacting with today. Presentations of food was perfect. I had a cheese burger sandwich which was cooked to my specifications and the fries were well cooked just right. This particular restaurant I give two thumbs up. Also got a full rack of baby back ribs with barbecue sauce which was hard to believe so good. I give this chili's a 5/5. My first high rating so far for 2023.
We always have a great experience here. Brianna (I hope I spelled her name right) has been our waitress twice and she is always amazing with us, very sweet. I recommend asking to sit at one of her tables. And the manager Alex was so sweet and helpful with anything we needed.
So I come here very frequently and the food is always great but the service has been on a steady decline to a point that I just went in (6pm Tuesday August 23) and the host made zero effort to even sit us. He offered to sit us at the bar but there was plenty of tables in the main dining section. We sat for a few minutes with no acknowledgment from anyone in the bar section. We decided to move to the main dining section and the host didn't even bother to sit us. So we just picked a table and sat down but very quickly decided to leave. To say the least this was ridiculous and we will not be coming back.
