I got a spicy grilled chicken sandwich with a child’s size patty on it. Decided to give the mason Chick-fil-A another chance and was asked to pull up in the drive thru, no big deal. I watched SEVEN CARS get their orders before us (even with shakes too so the lame excuse that’s what the wait was is ridiculous) Went in to talk to the manager Grant. AWFUL. He honestly made it worse. Just all around bad both times.
I came into drive through this morning and my order was completely wrong. I had ordered 3 chicken biscuits, 1 with granola parfait and 2 with hash browns. They gave me an egg muffin, chicken minis and 1 chicken biscuit. I was very disappointed arriving home with food that I did not order. Do better.
