Chili's Grill & Bar

Sat at the bar. Ate the bacon rancher wich was delicious. Brought my food and didn't see them again until I asked for my bill. Ate the fries dry because they didn't bring any ketchup. I'm not sure what's going in the food industry lately but it's not good at all. We use to order from this Chili's 1 to 2 times a week but I'm done with them. Last week that shorted me several items and tonight I went to curbside and a guy finally came out to get my name. I did arrive 10 minutes early but when I got there I saw a lone bag sitting there but figured it wasn't mine. After waiting another 20 minutes, my fault, I decided to go in and see how much longer. He said he would check and that's when I looked at the bag that had been sitting there and it was mine. I told him that bag had been there the entire time and said sorry but the food should still be hot. Guess what, it wasn't. The nachos were not edible at all. I'm over thus Chili's! I attached a pic of the mouth watering nachos. They were nice and cold and of course so soggie you couldn't even eat it them. So frustrating.

Took about 10 mins to be seated host was rude(not to busy but was lunch time).waitress came over took our drink order and food order, got fajitas asked for well done, we’re not well done, didn’t bring out the beans that go with them, tortillas werent even warm, also ordered wings were meh. ????‍♂️got free chips for being a rewards member (we’re just a bunch of broke chip prices, salsa was saulty. Drinks were brough out with our chips ( make that one drink the other drink wasn’t brought out till after our entrées) anyways we paid to leave, and waitress took the tablet when I was about to fill out Survey. So I just left. Last time we were here we waited more than 15 for any one to acknowledge we were there( were only two other tables seated it was fairly early) Finally we’re told they were cleaning up a table and they walked to the back, came back out and never sat us so we wound up leaving. I personally woundnt recommend this place.
