Usually, if you've been to one Chili's, you've experienced them all. I was honestly surprised at the friendliness of our server (Connor, I think) because he was assigned a huge area and was also the bartender and host. But he was thriving and it was awesome. In his shoes I would have loved some help, but I hope he made $$$ from his tables that day. The food was also delicious. I get lunch from another location pretty often, and that same dish's quality can differ wildly depending on the day. This location was on point though. Finally, we had margaritas and they were really good. Mixed well and pleasantly strong for house margs.
I had to wait a long time to be seated, this location wouldn't let me use the coupon in my email during lunch but that was NOT included in the list of exclusions AND I have used it with no problem at other locations. The server said him manager felt that using a free appetizer coupon with lunch was a "double promotion". Finally, I needed to leave but the server took way too long to come back to check on me so I could ask for a to go box. I think that will be my last time at that location (Fossil Creek).
