Was there 40 minute's, when they came to us & said, our order had been misplaced. Asked for our order again. Didn't offer a discount and I didn't ask for one (not that kind of person). Waitress was ok and no manager came out to talk to us. Won't be going back to the one in Forney, TX. Food was good.
My daughter and i came in here today for lunch, Chelsea had excellent service! Food was hot and fresh, very delicious! Thank you Chelsea for making our experience great! ☺️
Standard Chili's experience. Food was great service was great. Had Elwin as a server, He was awesome! Very fast and efficient, and always asked if we needed anything else. Just don't get service like this anymore. … More
