I had the worst experience in my life at this Chili's. Manager lied to me repeatedly. And refused to make my order right. Even said and I quote" you pay more but get less"
Not my favorite Chili’s. We both got identical orders but one visibly was noticeably better than the other. Taste wise was fine but yea. Also there were kids sitting in the bar area and we never got a single refill on water. If you don’t have time to go to a different Chilis this one is ok just don’t expect an extraordinary experience.
Update: We got curbside delivery tonight for dinner and it was great! The food was exactly what we ordered and delicious! Haven’t been to Chili’s in awhile but I’ll definitely be back soon We did the TO-GO service for a work lunch, and I picked it up exactly on time, and it was already cold. The food was good, and it was lunch so I realize that they will make it a bit early, but I'd rather wait 5 mins than get it on time and have cold food.
