Chili's Grill & Bar

I walked in, stood at the front for 5 minutes. everyone walked around me but nobody greeted me. a party of 10 came in behind me, and they also stood there and waited almost 5 minutes wondering where the staff was. someone finally came up, told me to go sit down and pointed to the table instead of walking me there. I sat and waited for 10 minutes and not a single person came to the table to take even a drink order. So I got up and went across the parking lot to another restaurant. I was greeted within 10 seconds of entering, walked to my table, and staff immediately took my order and brought my drinks in under 2 minutes. who is running that Chili's? I'll never return.

So much flavor. And the customer service was great. We celebrate our job promotions.

Went here on my birthday and had the fried pickles and chip and salsa as an appetizer. Then I had the Santa Fe Grilled chicken salad. Everything was good! I really enjoyed myself!
