Chili's Grill & Bar

I wish i read all the warnings before attending. First red flag i called when i was ten min away the hostess said there was a 40 minute wait.. i walk in restaurant practically deserted was sat immediately.. me and my friend both ordered the trio salsa with guacamole…. it was brought out to us brown! which means it ls old has been sitting out definitely a food hazard. i told the server she was very unsympathetic with no emotion said do you want another one.. no way! i really didn’t trust any of the food. when my steak came is was dry i waited over ten minutes for my server and the manager on duty who never came over when i had a issue finish their private hilarious conversation to acknowledge me so i could get steak sauce. when i asked for the bill she just said it’s on the kiosk. drinks watered down no customer service first and last time here save your money and your health this place needs serious help!

So I took my Mom out for her Birthday we had an Amazing time, our Server was just as Amazing and Super Awesome. The Food was Great, the Atmosphere was good, just Great Vibes all around I must Say...

Went late last night for dine in and I order the fajitas with steak, shrimp, and a tequila drink. All I have to say is I’m shocked of how long I been missing out this Chili’s specifically. The food was immaculate. The taste was great seasoned well. Everything was just nice. Nice job to the cook, waitress and bartender who took care of us.
