GERALD, The manager was very rude and he double charged me due to the color of my skin. He LIED and said the order that I was picking up was not in the system when in fact it was he was just giving me a hard time. His attitude was disgusting and has put a HORRIBLE taste in my mouth about the WHOLE BUSINESS. I was a loyal customer and now I don’t wanna come back EVER. I called corporate and they indeed confirmed his lies because my order was indeed in the system and paid for! He purposely tried embarrassing me saying the payment was declined when in actuality he was on Old order AFTER I told him I put in a new order . He was intentionally being an inconvenience. He was very rude after we called to rectify the situation and is a bad look to the business. He’s Very unprofessional and unethical.

UPDATE FORMAL ACCEPTANCE of feeling like an idiot. My charger was found, though the rest remains in tact. P.S. I enjoyed the ability to order from the table during my last visit. I was able to do this just by tapping my phone, on the Chick-fil-a sticker, that was found on the table I was seated and every other table throughout the restaurant. ORIGINAL I visited after a long session of studying and received a survey to come back for a free sandwich. I was reluctant to rather I would be back , but after leaving my laptop charger, going became a must. On my return visit, my laptop charger was not available, though they had several dining room attendants that day. To make matters worse, while I was having my meal, one of their employees, maybe a manager, walked by and completely destroyed my appetite. It was if he had raw juiced from the kitchen all over him I.e. salmonella.. I was asked if everything was ok twice afterwards, I told them what happened and never fixed or addressed the iss

Chic-fila is definitely the place that ALWAYS does chicken ???? right. I choose to have their amazing "Market Salad" that is comprised of mixed green lettuce, fetta cheese, sliced Granny Smith apples, dried cranberries, and almond chips. The seasoned grilled chicken breast perfectly compliments the meal and is an awesome source of protein. Besides, it is a delicious alternative, especially if an individual desires to refrain from comsuiming added calories. Chic-fila's zesty apple vinegarette dressing is the ultimate salad topping. ???? By all means, please give it a try. I am certain that you will enjoy. Moreover, your waist line will appreciate your dedication and commitment to making a positive change in your dining habits. Amen!
