Chili's Grill & Bar

We were promptly seated by the hostess, but then waited over 10 min for someone to come by and take our drink order, and no one even acknowledged we were there. It wasn't even that busy inside. We left and went to another Chili's location. If you are short staffed or things are running slowly maybe have your wait staff mention that to customers coming in the door so they are aware. We've been coming to this location since moving to Chandler and never had an issue. Not sure if I want to go back if I can't even get a drink order taken.

What a nice surprise this location turned out to be. The food was great and the portions were large. The service was good. The prices were exceedingly reasonable. If you haven’t visited Chili’s lately you’re missing out.

Just finished up a late lunch. I’ve been coming to Chilis for years and have always loved it! The food is almost always great! This location seems well staffed too. I got the bottomless chips, soup, and salad. In my first soup, I found a large piece of the plastic packaging I assume the soup comes in. I’ve worked in the food industry, so it really wasn’t a big deal to me. I’d rather find that than a chunk of hair. I alerted my waitress and she said she would let management know. She apologized. You would think that someone from management would come out to apologize. They didn’t…
