Café Zupas

Okay the first time it was ok but this is the 5 /6 time they have forgotten to put PASTA in the tomato basil PASTA soup. Please do quality control checks. This is ridiculous. I don't even leave the store now until I check that there is PASTA. Update 8/27/22. Just ordered again and once again, no pasta was in the soup

I have been going to Zupas locations for years now and the salads, soups, and sandwiches are great. However, online orders are constantly on the shelf late. I have had salad dressing missing from orders multiple times. You also can't order in person without telling employees which salad is yours at least 3-5 times (use a sticker to track it, problem solved). There are just multiple organization problems that tell me there are failures at the upper management level to establish an efficient and consistent preparation process. Its a company-wide problem and it has turned my visit into a 2-star multiple times.

Usually it's pretty good service but this time they mixed up my sandwich with someone else's, they offered to bring it to the table when it was ready. They we're taking long, so I went to ask and they had it set aside somewhere where no one knew about it, Then they just handed it to me and didn't even get a sorry. They weren't even that busy compared to other days!
