Chili's Grill & Bar

The should close this Chili's. I ordered online and when I went to pick the food up, the employee's in the back cursing and carrying on. I looked at my food and the egg rolls look like the didn't cook them and just let the sit in grease. The lady agreed and said she wouldtake them back to cook longer. I then heard a male in the back cursing saying it's because the food had been sitting out. Mind you I put a time of when I would be arriving but that still would not have mattered. I want be visiting this location again.

The service was horrible. The wait was long and the server was terrible. She never brought our drinks....another server had to do that. The appetizers came after our meals. I will not be going back there and I would not recommend going there.

I had a horrible experience here a few months ago, and I thought I’d give them another shot, and didn’t even get the chance because we sat in a near empty restaurant waiting 10 minutes for a hostess to come greet us and sit us. There were people before us that were waiting and eventually they left. We left soon after because we weren’t getting service. My experience a few months ago I actually got seated. Our server messed up our order after repeating it twice. Again, the rest of the restaurant was near empty m. Our food didn’t come until about 45 minutes after we ordered. We ordered the cheese fries appetizer and didn’t get that until 15 minutes after we got our food….and it was burnt. The manager even came to the table very unprofessional as she expressed her irritation with the fries. We didn’t even say anything, and she saw the issue her self and came to the table and apologized. We all agreed we wouldn’t come to this location again. Terrible service don’t recommend coming to this
