Waffle House

It seems waffle house everywhere is struggling with getting or keeping good staff. Of the three I've been to in the area recently all three were disgusting and filthy with sticky tables and trash all over the floor. And the food was never right or cooked properly. It's a shame, I used to love waffle house.

If I could give this place 0 stars I would , SUNMER is by far the worst employee I have ever came across . She was rude from the moment we walked in. We were placing a to go order, and I sat down while my boyfriend was still ordering and paying , and she told me to get up from my seat because I’m not dining in her store . We payed over $40 for our order and left . We didn’t even get the food , we left because of the experience with her . What a waste . Will not be back to Waffle House for a long time .

Hands down, the absolute and very BEST Waffle House award goes to this location in the entire Baton Rouge, in my honest opinion. Felt safe and welcome and warm, all while enjoying awesome food. There were no mistakes at all in my order, everything was taken down properly and noted, and my complicated order was served quickly and perfectly altogether and not separately. I usually either never get everything that I order and have to tell the server that they forgot an item, or they mess up an item so I have to send it back and wait for it to be remade. Many locations can tend to also be a bit hostile due to the workers there, surprisingly, having commotion among themselves or with customers. ***However, this was the exact opposite experience. Why? ALL BECAUSE OF PRECIOUS AND LOUIS/LEWIS. They deserve a huge holiday bonus/raise/recognition for how they work.(At least in my experience this Sunday night.)
