Chili's Grill & Bar

My guy ordered rare steak, came out with no pink at all and cold. I had nachos and the cheese on each chip was hardened and cold. Whiskey sour had no Whiskey and obviously no egg. Was like drinking sweet n sour mix on ice. Bartender disappeared but finally got the check from someone. I love chili's but will never go to this location again. Salsa and chips were good!

We had a wonderful dining experience! The food is very well-made and tastes very fresh, and there’s a wide selection of excellent dining options to decide on. The service is fantastic and our waitress was very attentive, informed, and always actively helping us. We would highly recommend this location for a casual meal!

I was seated for 10 minutes and never saw a waiter to ask me if I’d like a glass of water so I left then called and told a very nice young lady of what just happened so that she could pass it onto the managers. She assured me that she would. I went next door to Lotsaburger and had my entire meal within 3 minutes…. Come on guys…. Your business is built on your service!
