Buffalo Wild Wings

Great dinning experience had a 15 piece wing split three flavors and some chips/queso everything was absolutely perfect. Compliments to the kitchen staff for actually covering all the wings in sauce and great hot queso dip. Our server McKenna was absolutely on point with everything. Drinks were never empty and she was very attentive. Very pleasant fun and relaxing delicious meal. Thank you.

I’ve never had such an awful experience at a Buffalo Wild Wings and the situation was handled poorly as well. We got there at 11:23am, it wasn’t busy when we placed our order but it was 1:20pm when we finally decided to question why it was taking so long to get our order. Our server Johnathan didn’t even come to check on us for about 45 minutes. Everyone’s drink was empty and everyone around us had their food but we were still waiting. So finally me and one other girl decided to ask what was going on. They just gave excuses about the new staff and being short staff, which I understood, but why didn’t our server think “let me figure out why this table still hasn’t gotten their food but everyone else around them did.” Just to find out he didn’t even enter most of our food into the system and what food was entered didn’t even make it to the kitchen staff’s computer. So we sat their for 2 hours just to be told we would have to wait longer for food because they’d have to resubmit our order
