Chili Verde

Came here for Father’s Day dinner and had the best time! The food was fantastic, and by far some of the most authentic we’ve had in Colorado. We got the Mole Pablano, the pork and the shrimp de ajo, everything was so so good I highly recommend the mole!! We ended with the tres leches cake which was just as delicious and authentic. I will be recommending this to everyone. My only comment would be our service was very slow and not the most personable, but we did meet Eder who was amazing and so kind. You can tell he’s very passionate about what food he makes. Will be back!!!

i am so sad to say this place has really gone downhill. i used to be a regular - the food was AMAZING in quality. but today, i paid $12 for this “table side guacamole” which is clearly grocery store guac. word to the wise: if you want guac you have to order avocados at places who care about cutting costs more than their loyal customers. so sad to say i’m done with chile verde for good this time. $100 for dinner used to be justified here but not anymore (also i’d you order takeout from here, check all contents of the bag. we were not given chips or the margaritas we ordered. had to go back 3 times to get everything)

Hidden gem. We came to celebrate my girlfriends birthday just me and her and we sat in the patio ordered a few drinks tacos etc. We didn't ask for any special additions because it was her birthday .when we ask for the bill he also brought out a small cake dessert. ???? I felt that was very very amazing. This is my go to spot for amazing food. The staff is nice and very observant
