We went here to celebrate our anniversary the other night. I couldn’t believe I’ve never been before! Refined new Italian food focusing on fresh seasonal ingredients. Despite the current economic conditions, the portions were still generous. The service was helpful and attentive as well. I like that you can reserve online specifically for the patio, for those who are still wary of dining inside. They have a little window to the patio where the kitchen can set the food, so no worries about your food languishing inside before it’s brought out. We had the Verdura seasonal vegetable platter and Burrata salad (to die for!) to start and were very impressed with these. My husband had the Maiale (pork) dish and I had the Pasta del giorno (Fettuccine with squid ink calamari in San marzano broth). For dessert, we got a gelato trio with olive oil, Thai tea and Oreo flavors. All in all, it was an enjoyable experience. We look forward to returning!
If you like Italian food, Spontino is a wonderful experience! They prepare pasta in-house, and have a solid menu with an awesome presentation! The bar is well stocked, and the house lemoncello was smooth and award worthy! The food was rich, seasoned well, and delicious. The wait staff was friendly, helpful, and really knew the menu. A great experience. One note - I found myself looking at the foods on other tables - keeping myself from drooling with food envy.
Hands-down the best COVID dining experience I’ve had! Incredible but simple food made from scratch, delicious wine options, a lovely heated tent, and the friendliest service. We partook in a date night special on a Sunday, which ended up being the best deal and just put the cherry on top of an already perfect evening out.
