Really good chicken salad! So far I've tried the cranberry one and the lemon flavor and both were delicious! The soup is good and I really like the crackers. The people working here have always been polite. The meals even come with a little frosted cookie! Vegetarian options: They do have a few vegetarian options, like pimento cheese and some of the soups, but I don't think they have anything vegan. Parking: There is free parking in front of the store, including accessible spaces. They are located in a strip mall, and the parking can get busy. Some of the spaces are limited to 15 minutes.

Chicken Salad Chick is one of our favorite lunch time restaurants. Today was an exception. We ordered several takeout meals. The service was very prompt, the staff was pleasant and the food was very good. However, they forgot to include one of the fruit salads and put the wrong chicken salad on 2 of the 3 salads. I checked the receipt and it was correct- unfortunately the order they gave me was not.
