I enjoy using the app. The wait in the drive-thru is always long so take your patience. On this day they weren't out of anything which was a pleasant surprise. Service is always friendly. The food is good. Kid-friendliness: When the lobby is open, they are child friendly. Parking: There adequate parking all around the building. Wheelchair accessibility: There are designated parking spaces, the counter is the right height for wheelchairs, and the tables also lend themselves to wheelchairs. Dietary restrictions: They also have none meat items.

The manager Allison at the McDonough GA location is extremely rude. I placed an order for pickup through The Del taco app for pick up through drive-through. I’ll get there and notice a sign that States that any DELIVERY DRIVERS from doordash, ubereats etc need to come in side the store to pick up the food since I was none of those I didn’t. I get to the speaker I tell the lady I am there for mobile pick up she immediately tells me I need to read the sign where it says I have to come inside I tell her I read that sign it does not state anything about mobile orders I proceeded to tell her I don’t have any shoes on she ignores it says nothing I just had to go ahead and drive to the window. The manager rudely keeps interrupting me, telling me she will only take it to me one time. I’m trying to tell her that her own sign doesn’t state mobile orders but she’s getting louder interrupting me then says park and wait or dont get your order. Absolutely the worst service I’ve ever received in my life. I placed a mobile order at 5:45 to be picked up INSIDE at 6:15. I get to the location at 6:20 and the doors are locked when the dining room clearly states it’s open until 10. I knock on the window and 2 guys see me and ignore me. Another girl pulls up and says that they do this all the time so she bangs on the window and one guy comes to the door. Completely ignores us and says we have to go through the drive thru. Now here it is almost 6:45 and I’m still sitting in line. What’s the point in ordering through the mobile app if you have to wait in line. My food was already paid for and has probably been sitting on the counter waiting to be picked up. I’m so over McDonough and lazy people who don’t wanna work. At least be nice.
