Inside Eat Up!@ Cupertino food hall. Wow! Lines are long here. Better order ahead of time and just pick up otherwise expect a wait. Chicken is tender. Rice is fragrant.

Wonderful staff. Food was very bland. Edit - Hi Senh, thank you for your nice reply. Again the staff was super nice and helpful. That's why I picked your place over the other choices at that location. what I ordered was grilled chicken with rice. What I received was some white rice with 1 plain chicken thigh (cut into chunks) a bit of shredded carrot and a bit of thinly sliced cucumber. That was it. very small, unseasoned and the price with tax and tip was almost $20.

The quality of the food has been consistently good, the sauces were excellent and my family loved the chicken rice. My centenarian mom loves the Hainanese Chicken and the authentic tasting ginger scallion sauce. I am super impressed by the excellent customer service rendered to us when there was a small glitch with our order. I contacted the store and within 10 minutes I received a response. The young man was courteous, professional, and most of all, sincere and transparent. Being an experienced customer service caller and callee, I was very heartened by his candor and genuine care. Very very refreshing quality! My family will definitely come back for more.
