Chicken Express

Food wasn’t hot I didn’t order extra grease but I got it, fries where cold with extra grease as well tasted awkward don’t know why the biscuits where cold I would had return food but I was passing though and was already to far away

We waited about 20+ minutes for four chicken tenders, okra, a biscuit and a sweet tea. After paying for our food, we sat at the drive through window for at least 20 minutes without being offered compensation or an explanation. After 15 minutes or so, I asked the cashier at the window for an update and he originally explained that there was a wait for the tenders from the start. After going and getting an estimate of remaining time, he explained that our tenders had filled multiple other orders and that it would be another 7 minutes until our order was ready. He offered a refund instead of waiting at this point. When we finally got our food, it was delicious so it kind of made up for the poor/slow service. Everything was extra fresh and made the trip worth it. Parking: Parking lot wraps around the building Wheelchair accessibility: Front door is wheelchair accessible

Was good, I mean for chicken, corn nuggets, mash potatoes, gravy, and rolls. Not bad, was hot.
