The chicken was burnt and very crisp may have been dipped in oil twice to reheat. The price vs what you get is still pretty fair though. I probably will not revisit this location. The staff were friendly and there was no line when I stopped by.
Just spent $51 for chicken tenders that apparently couldn’t have the gravy put in the bag. The girl at the window appears to hate life so much she couldn’t even speak at the window. Won’t be back to this Chicken Express. The original in Keller is the only one to go
Employees straight up ignored me an hour and a half before closing time. No one answered at the drive thru mic, so i went to the side window and he had his headset on so he knew i was there, then he ignored me at the window after looking at me, Update: went a 2nd time so they can redeem themselves, ended up with someone elses order not even close to what i got, really upset with this place
