Chick-N-Run

I called an order in and the girl wrote it down wrong and refused to fix just the ones she messed up. I had to either bring the whole order back or deal with what she decided to give me. I couldn’t take the whole order back because my husband has started eating his. I order 30 wings, 20 hot and 10 medium. 10 of the hot were supposed to be all flats and the 10 medium were supposed to be all flats. She gave me 20 medium and 10 lemon pepper. She completely wrote my order down wrong and I was stuck with it. Never again will I go here. I will take my business to BonDo’s by the Lake Dow Publix. Their wings are better anyways and they keep the fried cauliflower in stock.

Customer Service is horrible. I'm uncertain if this business actually like servicing African Americans. I literally called in my order 30mins away. The person over the phone told me it would be ready in 25mins. I driven to the store, walked in an employee came out from the back while the other employee helped a customer at the drive-thru window. I politely stated to the employee that came from the back my name and I was there to pick up my call in odrer the employee told me I had to tell "HER" (the girl that was working the drive-thru window) So I waited, As she got finished handling the customer in the drive-thru she walked to the double doors in the back about three time back and fourth as I stood there. I'm the ONLY customer in the store at this present moment and no other customer is at the drive-thru window. After the third time from walking back and forth without any acknowledgement towards me literally standing there. She then proceeded to come around me just to walk pass me and

I don't normally take time to leave reviews but I won't get burnt again next time I will go to River Roost where I go often. The service was fine, the buffalo tender sandwich taste was good but absolute 0 on value. I took my 14 year old grandson there today and ended up with he ended up with a sandwich half the size as the other restaurant mentioned above. Come on u have good service and food get in the game, maybe I'll try again.
