Chick-fil-A

I wish ALL restaurants were as courteous, clean and had great food as Chick-fil-A. Service was fantastic. My sandwich looks just as good if not better than the advertised pictures.

This particular store GM is rude. I don’t understand why they think they can be rude to customers. You’re giving them feedback and the only thing they do is justify themselves and don’t take responsibility. Supposably they have a record of the phone calls…. well they can hear the lack of empty and care from your GM and that I wasn’t happy at all the way she handled the phone call. You might have an inexperienced GM because she doesn’t get it it wasn’t about the mistake, all make mistakes it was for the waste of time the lack of communication, no interest in fixing the problem not apologizing. I had to demand to fix my order it wasn’t your crew who did it . You think because your store is open people are gonna go regardless and let me tell you I rather drive far than a comeback to your store. If it wasn’t for customers they will have no business at all. Update: You keep saying you guys fix my order, but You weren’t there neither your GM so looking at the video it’s not accurate. I seat

Nobody does it better than Chick-fil-A. We have been going to this Chick-fil-A for over a year and it is always a great experience. Whether you dine-in, drive-thru or have it delivered to your car, the food and service is always great. My morning meal choice is the Chicken Biscuit and Nuggets. For the afternoon or evening its the Spicy Chicken Sandwich. My kids have tried just about everything on the menu and they love it all. There is a good selection of drinks, both sweet and unsweetened - the Ice Tea and Lemonade are extra good! If you dine-in be ready for a great experience, the personal are always polite and attentive, the service is timely, food is tasty and cooked perfectly and the whole dining area is always clean and tidy. The interior decor makes it a more personal experience and less commercial and right at the entrance, you can read about the operator.
