They need to learn to manage traffic. You have customers stuck in the lot, people driving over curbs trying to get out, I saw at least one fender bender. They will have half a dozen kids running around taking orders, but no one managing the traffic patterns. I spoke to the manager who shrugged me off because she didn't have the time and the people to care. This happened at 1230ish pm 09/10/22. I used to use their catering for my company events. Never again will I spend a dollar at this establishment after what I witnessed today and the manager's utter lack of competency. If you want to get stuck in a parking lot for over 40 minutes and still not get your food then be my guest. Nothing fast about this fast food. A call to my insurance company for a fender bender when someone hits my car is not worth the savings of ordering a cheap chicken sandwich.

I don't usually review fast food. But tonight I went here tired and hungry and ordered a spicy southwest salad. "What kind of dressing?" Creamy salsa I said. And they completely forgot the dressing. I Went Saturday with my daughter in law who always order curbside. First, we had to wait in the drive thru line to get to pick up curbside. Food brought out kinda timely. Young lady left n we checking order. First thing ordered spicy chicken salad. No salad, no one in sight. So we wanted another order of nuggets. So we re ordered n said we will let them know when new order came. Meantime see worker, say excuse me n informed him we are missing a salad. He ask for receipt, looked at receipt n state starting looking the car. Which new n clean. I asked what are you looking for the salad. Now we have ordered over 50 bucks worth of food and I never! He said ABSOLUTELY!! PEOPLE DO THIS TO US ALL THE TIME! Well, his attitude n tone were very disrespectful n condescending. I told him don't get smart.
