The fries are 2/3 undercooked and cold and last time I went my moms chicken sandwich had a a tender part or like a bone with red veins. Manager didn’t even look our way when we complained instead just gave us another bag with undercooked fries and another chicken sandwich that tasted bad.
This was the worst Chick-fil-A I have ever had. The sandwich was so greasy and burned. I went back to show the people at the counter and nobody cared. Never ever again will this place receive my business.
I do like that this was heavily seasoned and slightly overcooked, gave a zing to it that I liked and I’d like to shake the cook’s hand. My -1 star complaint is that it was so crispy that half the patty fell on the floor after taking a bite so I couldn’t devour everything.
