Service was horrible from the time I told them I was picking up a mobile order to the pickup window. I didn't think it was possible to ever receive horrible service from Chick-fil-A, they proved me wrong. Even thought it was funny when I mentioned the lack of friendliness at drive thru.

The wait was long and the person at the register wasn’t to engaged with the customers. Jayden was very helpful he checked in with me a couple of times and made sure I get the condiments I needed in my order Jimi awesome too, he opened the door for me and wished me a good day when I was leaving.
