Chick-fil-A

Very well organized location. The drive-thru had someone explaining how to zipper merge, which to some is probably new information. Food was good as usual, everyone was friendly. Only downside would be that the drive-thru doesn't allow you to leave if there is a car in front of you. So we got our food before them (mobile order) and had to wait for them before we could leave.

Food is always great, staff was very nice, but we sat for an hour waiting for the play place to be opened and it never was. They posted that they clean from 10:30 to 11 yet I arrived at 9 and it was closed the entire time. If you can’t keep to the schedule then just don’t post one, this is the only Chick-Fil-A in the area that still has a playground so please make it available to the public.

Inconsistent at best. they regularly mess up my 12 count grilled nuggets, either giving me an 8 count, or forgetting my sauces. As someone who is tracking calories and trying to find joy in healthy food, missing my sauces really throws a wretch in my eating plans and ruins my meal when I get home. Update: I’m not sure why I keep trying, but it’s mainly out of the convenience on my drive home from work. They continue to be inconsistent especially when compared to the CFA near my work. With the release of the new Pimento Cheese Sandwich, which is really good, this location cannot figure out what is the right amount to put on the sandwich. Some days it’s a nice plentiful scoop like the photos, and many days it is just a measly shmear of the spread. My location by work covers it in honey so you can actually taste it and this location barely puts any on. And when you ask for extra, they just give you honey packets which don’t taste like the honey designed to put on the sandwich (likely the
