I ordered a sausage and egg biscuit with no cheese. The first one I got was only egg and biscuit with no sausage. They proceeded to correct the error and the second one they gave me the biscuit was so dry and hard I could barely eat half of it. this used to be one of my favorite breakfast stops about a year ago, I don't know what happened to the quality of food.

Went thru drive thru on Tuesday night and realized the next day they over charged me. Spoke to LUIS and he was very nice and told me to come the next day @630am for a refund… however, they did not refund the whole amount. It takes more in gas to go back for the inconvenience of your incompetent employees over charging me to return $7. The manager then proceeds to tell me here’s cash so you can spend it and you don’t have to tell people how you got it. The person I actually spoke to on the phone, LUIS WAS AMAZING. Customer service matters and if y’all made a mistake I shouldn’t have had to jump through hoops to get my money back. Ridiculous. Not to mention tell me to come at 630 am and doors aren’t open nobody answered through drive through.. had to call the store a few times to even get someone’s attention. Im not the type to leave bad reviews but this was annoying!!

Lazy teenager in the drive thru giving her friends a bunch of food! For 2 dollars (we saw the person inside the car pay 2 singles for all the food. We pulled up in the drive in and the girl in the headset told us they were closed (this at 10:51pm) when they actually close at 11:00pm.
