Chick-fil-A

I went to chick fil a in North Olmsted to pick up a chicken salad. I got there 40 min before closing, as soon as I went into the drive though line, an older woman with very short hair ran out to my car and told me they were "closed". I told her I was just picking up a salad and she said "we don't have food for you" I was so hurt and because I had my children in the car, I did not react. I simply closed my window and waited for the car in front of me to finish making their order so I can drive past and leave. As I waited, I seen a woman go inside and make an order and 2 cars came behind me and made orders. I am a Palestinian Muslim. I wear a scarf (hijab) if I didn't, would you have food for me? So disappointed with chick fil a North Olmsted. So heartbreaking that I have to deal with this due to the way I look.

My first time going. It was everything that they advertise. Fresh, great tasting food. The staff was extremely friendly and courteous. They were of course super busy and it didn't interfere with their quality. I don't have to tell y'all to go because EVERYBODY is always there. ????

The Chick-Fil-A in North Olmsted is always busy. People are often wrapped around the building waiting for the drive thru. They get through the line pretty fast. Today we ordered through the app and picked it up in the store. Our food was hot and ready when we picked it up. Of course the sandwiches and fries were amazing. Ordering through the app., we also had enough points to get a free cookie. The cookie is amazing. If you’ve never tried one. My kids and I think they’re better than Crumbl’s chocolate chip cookie. But you’ll have to decide for yourself.
