Chick-fil-A

Don't go anytime soon. I went at 3:30ish today and the line wasn't too bad but the wait was horrible. I waited in line for 35 minutes and there were still 6 cars in front of me. Since they're doing construction, there is no way to exit the line to leave until you're almost to the window. Thankfully, the girl who took my order told me to pay at the window, so once I was able to get around the other cars I could leave and I didn't waste my money as well as my time.

Has anyone else noticed how slow the Chick-fil-A drive-through in Moore has gotten this year? I spend so much time waiting versus moving in the line. It’s almost like they don’t cook your order till you get to the pick up window. I was only three cars back from the persons who take the order. I have now been in line 12 minutes and I still have five cars in front of me. Food is great but not worth the frustration if they can’t speed it up a little more. Literally the slowest drive through I’ve experienced this year

I hate leaving bad reviews, I never leave them but I am so tired of this chick fa la. The last 3 times I have went my order has been wrong and they forget my dressing & the other items that come with the salad. I have just addressed them the last two times and was very kind about it. I go tonight, don’t check my bag, get home and no dressing or the other items that come with it, for my salad. I’m so tired of it. Every body raves about chick fa la and I can’t understand it. They will no longer be receiving my business.
