Not even half full and waited an hour for cool/warm food. It seems anywhere you go there is sub par service and not ad good as it used to be.
I just had lunch at this Chilis and it was excellent! They were so packed I thought it would take forever like the Norman location but no! They were so quick to get our food out and everything was delicious! Friendly courteous staff. Great experience! I will go to this location in the future instead of the Norman location it is worth the extra travel!
Nowadays it's hard to get good service anywhere because everyone is so understaffed so this place is suffering for the same reason as the rest.. other than that the waitress we had was great but she had so many tables it was hard for her to take care of us and get us out the door in a timely manner. But her attitude was great and she definitely tried. Food was good ????
