Great staff and great quality food, as expected from Chick-Fil-A. The drive through is a little slow compared to other locations I've been to, and that seems to be a common complaint with this location. Otherwise, it seems to be a well-run store. Great location, easy to access, and a great drive through layout.
I have always love going to Chic fil a, but this was the worst. I ordered a grill chicken egg white and the muffin was burnt and too hard to even bite. I saw a manager in the parking and showed her the muffin, she really didn't seem to care. This is the main reason I felt a need to express my concern.
I had to make 2 trips to Chick-fil-A today. Breakfast was calling my name and I had to go back for lunch for another fix! First time ever sitting in line more than 5 minutes, yet, the employees were just as nice this afternoon when I was literally #19 in line as they were this morning when I was #3. So grateful to have Chick-fil-A in Mint Hill.
