What an exceptional experience!!! From the moment we got to our amazing, cozy booth to the end of our evening, we had the best experience and food!!! Our server - Jake - was genuine, attentive, and insured that we had everything we needed from the time we sat down to the time we left. The manager even came to check on us to make sure there wasn't anything we needed. It was so wonderful to have an evening out with staff that truly had a passion for what they do and making sure they did an exceptional job. Well done Char Bar of Mint Hill!!!

We were served by a wonderful young lady by the name of Chloe. She was so very pleasant and personable! She was attentive to the smallest of details and checked on us frequently during our stay. The food was hot and tasty. I particularly liked the chicken tenders. They were fresh, hot and not dry inside. Chloe provided a fabulous example of what customer service should be!

Mint Hill CharBar7 Callie, and Ashleigh were excellent waitresses for my husband and I 25th Wedding Anniversary. They have great customer service skills. Also, Bryan the manager was awesome to work with preparing for this day . Thanks So Much!! Great Experience will be back and recommend.
