Waiting over 15 min for food that said it was ready. I asked the hold up a lady anelli said “he can wait” I was open mouth! Horrible service Update: I spoke with Mellissa the “director” she basically blew me off and gave me the fakest of apologies. Never never never. I’d rather starve than ever give this place money again!

Went there in the morning and wanted a regular chicken sandwich. I order them all the time and it is about a 8 minute wait, but always have gotten them. But this location they did not want to cook one for me, the manager said they put all their focus on breakfast in the morning, so they wouldn't cook it for me. Never had a problem at any other Chick-fil-A, ever. I wouldn't go there now if they were giving away food.
